This development included four new buildings, a welcoming porte cochere, a commercial swimming pool, the renovation of the existing ranch house, and all site infrastructure over 80 acres. The Community House included a commercial kitchen and a variety of porches and breezeway. The Bunk House included 8 luxuriously appointed suites, including a matrimonial suite with an outdoor fireplace and private  porch. The converted Ranch House included a day spa, gym, and other health related amenities.
